Learn the authentic art and science of boxing in a small group, private-quality coaching in a room capped at 12, so you actually learn while you train.
Chicago Fight House trains men, women and teens in real, technical boxing, the kind that builds skill, fitness and confidence at the same time. You learn the authentic art under the expert supervision of Lou Storiale, senior technical trainer and former U.S. Army Infantryman (3rd Infantry, The Old Guard). Our methods are easy to understand because we know HOW to teach and how to perform at a high level.
Recently we trained 4 amateur fighters at a local Chicago boxing club for a 17-fight event. Each of the 4 won their fights. That was no accident, excellent training, excellent coaching and difference-making strategy between rounds.
Our boxing class is NOT cardio boxing, the aerobics-with-punches routine you find in a room of 20 to 30 people following along to a screen. Every class is capped at 12 students (usually 8), so you get real coaching, real corrections, and real progress. You learn the same techniques taught in a private session and get to train with others at your level, the fast and most affordable way to learn in a fun environment.
Whatever your goal, the same technical foundation gets you there. Most of our students fall into one of three camps:

Learning the fundamentals eliminates bad habits early, so we concentrate on them in the first few weeks:
Combinations and defense become the focus after the first few lessons:
After the first month we do all of the above plus integrate fitness and cardio training with boxing movement, combinations and defense:
For over 200 years boxing has been the number-one sport for the fittest athletes in the world. Unlike running, swimming, basketball or football, boxing delivers the total package, health, fitness, endurance and strength, in one workout. It combines aerobic and anaerobic training: excellent for weight loss, fat loss and lean-muscle building.
Each of these exercises is an excellent way to increase your cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance, resulting in rapid fat loss and increases in lean muscle mass that contribute to your weight loss and fitness goals:

Heavy bag, speed bag and double-end bag work build power, timing and stamina. Everyone trains the bags, from first-timers to seasoned amateurs.
